AT&T's push to sell wireless ads & Wi Fi in your Car

Now that AT&T and Bell South deal has been approved see link AT&T plans on selling advertising on cell phones later this year. AT&T will also begin selling wireless service under the AT&T name and start phasing out the Cingular name. For more details click AT&T said to plan wireless push

Talk about being connected all the time…according to the NY Times, Avis will begin offering rolling HotSpots in their cars come March. The service is now only intended for business travelers but that is sure to change. Avis plans to make a formal announcement in about a week. We will keep our eyes and ears open for that announcement.
